a/ how many calories does this meal have?
b/ is it really healthy?
c/ should I indeed be eating that?
I wouldn’t overemphasise if I say that I hate it. I love food! I really think that this is one of the main pleasures in our life. There are plenty of studies that present that people who are on constant diet are a lot more unhappy. Some researches also present that fat people are happier. Definitely, we are not talking about people unhealthy obese. With food is the same as with any other aspect of life – you musn’t cross the line; moderation is desired. What I mean by this is – you cannot eat so much that you will be sick. This is so obvious that I will not to discuss it further here. But at the same time I am conviced that sticking just to healthy food may not be so great for you too. I am sure that you also surrounded by these people that are always on diet. What is common to all of them is that they wnder and talk about food continuously! It is pretty clear why It works like that – you are far more likely to wonder something that you can’t cannot have. Imagine that you feel like having French fries or snackpellets – snack pellets.
Ordinarily, you will just buy that and quickly don’t thinki about it for days. But if you are on constant diet, you struggle with yourself not to eat it. In that way, you will think about these snackpellets for another days! I am a women so I really understand that all of us want to be attractive and slim – we recommend this page. Nevertheless, wouldn’t it be smarter to eat something what you really want to and do some swimming later on? Or to stay in a gym for a bit longer next week? Both good food and sport may give you much pleasure. Why not to connect them and use advantage of both of them simultaneously!
